Hello lovelies, 

it's been a while since the Lolita community organized another b&b. Usually it was combined with the Anime/Manga event Animarket but about two years ago the organizers of that event split and made two different events on the same day. And then it somehow fizzled out and the community made their own event again - one following the big Tea party in June 2024 (see here) and the newest one, last weekend in January.

Es ist schon eine Weile her, dass die Lolita-Community ein weiteres B&B organisiert hat. Normalerweise wurde es mit dem Anime/Manga-Event Animarket kombiniert, aber vor etwa zwei Jahren haben sich die Organisatoren dieses Events aufgeteilt und zwei verschiedene Events am selben Tag gemacht. Doch dann verlief sich der eine Markt im Sande und die Community machte wieder ihre eigene Veranstaltung - eine nach der großen Tea Party im Juni 2024 (siehe hier) und die neueste, letztes Wochenende im Januar.

 

The event started at 11am and we arrived around 1pm. I have to confess that it took me ages to get ready. I put on my make-up, my big prisila wig-parts and we made pictures. But the heavy weight on my head from all the wig-parts made my head hurt, so I removed it again for the event. Plus, I changed my shoes. Those swankiss shoes were already so old and the bow at the back of the shoes fell off.

Die Veranstaltung begann um 11 Uhr und wir kamen gegen 13 Uhr an. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich ewig gebraucht habe, um mich fertig zu machen. Ich schminkte mich, trug meine großen Prisila-Perücken und wir machten Fotos. Aber das schwere Gewicht auf meinem Kopf von all den Perückenteilen tat mir weh, so dass ich es für die Veranstaltung wieder entfernte. Außerdem habe ich meine Schuhe gewechselt. Die Swankiss schuhe waren schon so alt und die Schleife hinten an den Schuhen fiel ab. Hier mein Outfit-Überblick:

If you don't know how a b&b works, it is easy. You bring all of your items with a proper tag stating your name, the brand of the item, the size and price. Not mandatory but good to know would also be: if you accept PayPal plus your PayPal address, phone number, and measurements of the item. At the cashier your pay the fee for leaving your clothes there (1€ per item) and then you can stroll around and check out, what other people are selling. At the end of the event you pick up your clothes and ask the cashier for your money and they will hand it out to you in cash. And that's it. This time I handed it 7 items and sold three of them.

I loved the blue disney dress on the left but I rarely wear blue :(.

Wenn du nicht weißt, wie ein B&B funktioniert...es ist ganz einfach. Bringe alle Artikel mit einem ordnungsgemäßen Etikett mit, auf dem dein Name, die Marke des Artikels, die Größe und der Preis angegeben sind. Nicht obligatorisch, aber gut zu wissen wäre auch: ob du Paypal  akzeptierst, plus deine PayPal-Adresse, Telefonnummer und Maße des Artikels. An der Kasse zahlst du die Gebühr für das Abstellen deiner Kleidung (1€ pro Stück) und kannst dann herumschlendern und nachsehen, was andere Leute verkaufen. Am Ende der Veranstaltung holst du deine Kleidung ab und fragst die Kassiererin nach deinem Geld und sie werden es dir in bar aushändigen. Und das wars. Diesmal habe ich 7 Stück übergeben und drei davon verkauft.

Ich liebte das blaue Disney-Kleid auf der linken Seite, aber ich trage selten blaue Kleidung :(.

And the skirts. The left skirt in the old pink colour I also own but never wear as I don't really like it. But I was also unsuccessful in selling it myself. Mh...

Und die Röcke. Den linken Rock in der altrosa Farbe besitze ich auch, trage ihn aber nie, da er mir nicht wirklich gefällt. Aber es ist mir auch nicht gelungen, ihn selbst zu verkaufen. Mh...

There was only a small collection of bags and shoes this time.

Diesmal gab es nur eine kleine Sammlung von Taschen und Schuhen.

 Hier ein paar Accessoires, die auf dem Tisch verstaut waren.

 

Last event and also this event, we had Lisas Munchie's as a guest vendor - she sells amazing cookies.

Bei der letzten Veranstaltung und auch bei dieser Veranstaltung hatten wir Lisas Munchie's als Gastverkäuferin - sie verkauft leckere Kekse.

Hias and I quickly grabbed lunch as we still had time. Can you guess which food is mine? Because I am team beige while my partner usually eats healthy food.

Hias und ich haben uns schnell ein Mittagessen geholt, da wir noch Zeit hatten. Kannst du erraten, welches Essen meines ist? Denn ich bin Team Beige, während mein Partner sich normalerweise gesund ernährt.

I say usually because we went to a cafe afterwards and he ate both of these croissant, which kind of negates his healthy food a bit in my opinion. But they did look delicious. I don't like the flaky-ness of croissants so if I have a choice, I'd rather order something else.

Ich sage meistens, weil wir danach in ein Café gegangen sind und er diese beiden Croissants gegessen hat, was meiner Meinung nach sein gesundes Essen ein wenig zunichte macht. Aber sie sahen köstlich aus. Ich mag die Schuppigkeit von Croissants nicht, also bestelle ich lieber etwas anderes, wenn ich die Wahl habe.

I picked up the unsold items, got my money and we went back home again. All in all I bought three dresses, a skirt, and a necklace. And here is the haul:

Ich holte die unverkauften Artikel und mein Geld ab und wir fuhren wieder nach Hause. Insgesamt habe ich mir drei Kleider, einen Rock und eine Halskette gekauft. Und hier ist die Ausbeute:

The skirt is so pink, so frills, so gyaru and I got it for only 15€.

Der Rock ist so pink, so gerüscht, so gyaru und ich haben ihn für nur 15€ bekommen.

 

J. gave me a small discount on this Axes Femme dress and I paid 40€ for it. She said that the dress colour didn't suit her complexion which I didn't see.

J. hat mir einen kleinen Rabatt auf das Axes Femme Kleid gegeben und ich habe 40€ dafür bezahlt. Sie sagte, dass die Farbe des Kleides nicht zu ihrem Teint passte, was ich nicht sah.

 

Finally, I stained glass window dress in white! Hooray. And it was only 40€ too. I just don't know the brand.

Zum Schluss habe ich ein Buntglas-Fensterkleid in Weiß erwischt! Hurra. Und es waren auch nur 40€. Ich kann mich leider nicht an die Marke erinnern.

This cherry necklace is from Alien Moe, a creepy-cute Austrian indie brand. The necklace was 10€ a piece.

Diese Kirschkette ist von Alien Moe, einer gruselig-süßen österreichischen Indie-Marke. Die Halskette kostete 10€ das Stück.

 

This Angelic Pretty dress looks so simple but it reminds me of Rapunzel. I also love this purple colour. I bought it for 75€.

All in all I paid 180€ but also sold items worth 60€.

Dieses Angelic Pretty Kleid sieht so schlicht aus, aber es erinnert mich an Rapunzel. Ich liebe auch diese lila Farbe. Ich habe es für 75€ gekauft.

Insgesamt habe ich 180€ bezahlt, aber auch Artikel im Wert von 60€ verkauft.
