Review time

I bought so many cute items this month! And now it is definitely time to do a small review about them.
I took part in a group Taobao group order for it so ordering, shipping and handling will not be included in the review.
I am starting with this cute lolita hat. I can't read the shop name but if you click here, it will take you directly to the shop.
I got this hat with four little presents: two black hairpins, a pink and a blue ribbon.
I compared the pictures and the hat looks similar to the hat on the stock picture. But I noticed two differences; the ribbon and the feather are both much longer on the stock picture. Plus, the ends of the ribbon fray. Great. Not.
Also I thought the hat would be a bit bigger.
A big minus in my opinion is also the material of the hat. The white fabric is very shiny and looks very cheap!

The stock picture also has quite a few of those folds but on my hat they are definitely larger. Definitely a minus point here too, because it looks very, very sloppy made.
But at least the lace is like on the stock picture. And it is very pretty!
At the back is a big black comb. Suitable only for side-wear.
Price
All in all with shipping (7,5€) and taxes(12,5€) I paid 40€ for this hat which is definitely too much.
Conclusion
Item looks like the stock pictures, with little differences. Price is definitely too much.
